Health financing advisors and consultants, health financing practitioners, public health professionals, project planners and managers, social scientists, tropEd students, etc.
The course is held in English. Fluent English (Reading, Speaking and Writing) is required for the course.  

TropEd students can earn 3 ECTS points.
